These Terms of Service govern your use of the IntelliTrain Learning Hub website, mobile application, and cohort-based courses ("Services"), operated by IntelliTrain Learning Hub ("IntelliTrain", "we", "us"). By enrolling in a course or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Course access is granted per the plan you purchase (Single Track, Hub Pass, or Campus/Team). Access is personal to the enrolled learner and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written consent.
Payments are processed via Razorpay and its supported methods (UPI, cards, net banking, EMI). Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and transfer terms.
Learners are expected to engage in good faith with mentors, cohort peers, and course materials. IntelliTrain may suspend access for harassment, plagiarism in capstone submissions, or misuse of shared platform credentials.
Course materials, recordings, and platform content remain the property of IntelliTrain or its licensors. Learner-built capstone projects remain the intellectual property of the learner, unless built on a partner organisation's proprietary data under a separate agreement.
Completion certificates are issued on meeting the stated attendance and capstone criteria for a track, and are mapped to Skill India / NSDC skilling frameworks where applicable.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. IntelliTrain is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in the jurisdiction of IntelliTrain's registered office having exclusive jurisdiction.
